If you're not completely satisfied with this product, within 30 days of purchase, you may request an authorization to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price of the product (not including shipping costs).
Returning a product is simple:
- Visit the following web page: https://percussiondynamics.com/Returns/RMA
- Fill out the online form completely. You will need the Order Number and other details from your invoice.
- Submit the form. Doing so will use the email program you use on your handheld device/computer to send us a Return Merchandise Request. We will respond as quickly as we can via email with return shipping instructions and an Authorization Number.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs of the product(s). To guarantee that we receive your return, we recommend that you insure and track any items returned to us. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit between you and Percussion Dynamics.
