The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.
We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.
Refunds, Credits and Balances Due: As soon as Percussion Dynamics receives and processes your returned item, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
Defective Items: A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please use the Returns method stated above to return the product and notify us of the situation.
Damaged Items: If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact Percussion Dynamics immediately via email: percussiondynamics@yahoo.com.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting Percussion Dynamics, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Limits of Responsibility: Percussion Dynamics LLC accepts no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product. Retailer and manufacturer shall not be liable for damages based on inconvenience, loss of use of product, loss of time, interrupted operation or commercial loss or any other incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in equipment that is used with Percussion Dynamics LLC products.
Shipping: Shipping destinations are identified at checkout. When you begin checkout for the first time, only the product price and tax based on your computer location may be seen until a valid zip code is entered. Continue the checkout process to view available shipping destinations that can be selected.
At this time we only ship to UPS destinations within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and territories). If your desired destination is not included in the available selections, we cannot ship orders to it. If attempting to order outside of the 48 contiguous United States your order will not be processed, and will be stopped at the Shipping Screen. We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
Price and/or Description Changes: All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We also reserve the right to correct misprints. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled (and, prior to shipping product to you from our warehouse), Percussion Dynamics LLC will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge and the shipment will be cancelled. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
In the event we cannot stop the shipment at time of cancellation, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization to be used in accordance with our return policy. No refunds will be processed without the return of the original order to our company.
